Here at JBF, we are committed to seeing all age groups connect to God and each other. Check out a few of our ministries below.

  • nursery

A nursery is available during our Sunday morning worship service and bible classes. The circular check in station can be seen as you walk in the main doors to your left (room 105).

  • Children's Church

Children, ages 4 through first grade, are given the option to be dismissed to children's church right before the sermon is to begin. Children's worship bulletins and "busy bags" for ages 3-12 are also available while you worship as a family in the family life center.

  • Awana program

Children ages K-4th grade meet Wednesday night from 6:45 p.m.-8:00 p.m. There is singing, Bible story time, games and Scripture memory. AWANA meets during the school year September - April. Should you have any questions regarding these ministries or would like to register your child/children for AWANA, please contact the office or use the printable registration form or online registration form.

  • community groups

Community groups are an opportunity for the people at JBF to connect with one another outside of Sunday morning.  Our community groups exist to grow disciples through open community, while blessing others. We do so by encouraging followers of Christ to live under the Authority of God’s Word within a community of accountability where God’s Word is learned, applied to real life, and shared with others in word and deed.  Currently our community groups are participating in an 8 week study called Resolving Everyday Conflict.

Contact Zane at for more information or to join a community group.

  • "60 and growing"

Take part in our senior ministry that meets every second Tuesday of the month at the Independence Pizza Ranch at noon for food, fellowship, devotions and games.

  • Embracing women in friendship to encourage, disciple and equip them for GOD'S purpose for their lives. Prayer requests can be emailed to For our Facebook page click here.
